M&F Health has been accredited with PRCA’s Communications Management Standard (CMS) which combines elements of ‘ISO90011’ and ‘Investor in People’ with criteria specific to PR and communications consultancies.
M&F Health subscribes to the ‘Public Affairs Code’ and updates its public affairs clients on quarterly basis with The Public Affairs Register, a core tenet of the Public Affairs Board’s self-regulatory regime.
Every employee at M&F Health who is involved in pharmaceutical client services undertakes bi-annual training on the ABPI code of compliance, organised by Compliance Hub, of which M&F Health is an agency member.
M&F Health uses WorkSmart as a resource planning and management tool to ensure that there is always sufficient manpower and skills to deliver client requirements.
