The Public Relations and Communications Association (PRCA) is the world’s largest professional public relations organisation. Their mission is to make the public relations industry more professional, ethical, and prosperous – something that fits well with our ethos here at M&F Health!
The CMS standard ensures that a communications agency is professionally run, with appropriate systems and structures in place. Through a rigorous process (a huge thank you to all the team that worked very hard behind the scenes), nine areas of the business were scrutinised and scored, including leadership & communication, campaign management, client satisfaction, new business, people management, and diversity.
We are delighted to have successfully completed, and achieved accreditation once again!
The CMS accreditation panel from the PRCA, summarised our performance: “This agency provided sound evidence across all areas moderated. The client satisfaction system in place was comprehensive with thorough monitoring and reviews. KPIs were in place and there was clearly a focus on “nipping issues in the bud” and the live example of engagement demonstrated a focus on improving service delivery through engagement and two-way communication. This is clearly an agency very focused on its client’s requirements. The financial systems in place were sound with appropriate use of online tracking with guidance to team members and overall oversight on a monthly basis by the leadership team. The core skills of the leadership team were evidenced across job descriptions and appraisals consistently.”
We believe that CMS accreditation gives our clients, as well as our team members, confidence and security, demonstrating how much we care about high standards, and continuous development, and growth of the business. It shows that we are dedicated to excellence.
This year our application and audit for CMS accreditation came hard on the heels of our listing within the Top 20 of 150 Healthcare agencies by PR Week! It’s shaping up as a particularly successful summer!
